Our Mission
Our service is designed for home owners who leave their home unoccupied for an extended period of time and want to be diligent about their home's safety by having it checked on regularly.
We help snowbirds, long-term travelers, second homeowners and others to bridge the gap between having a neighbor keep an eye on the place, and hiring a full service property management company.
Our comprehensive service packages and thorough checklists can be tailored to your preferences so we can do the right thing for you and your unique property.
